X10AI combines high-resolution remote-sensing data with on-farm records to create a digital twin, providing a trusted, verified picture of nutrient and carbon flows from farm to supply chain.
Farm-level results are aggregated into catchment-scale environmental portfolios, enabling supply chains, regulators and environmental programmes to manage performance, demonstrate outcomes and target investment where it delivers the greatest impact.
Our solution empowers farmers, policymakers, investors and retailers to understand not only how much nutrient is applied, but where it goes, how it interacts with the land, how much is used by the crop, and what is lost. And more importantly, it demonstrates how these dynamics change over time and under different weather conditions or land management choices. This verified data provides audit-ready evidence for compliance, ESG reporting and outcome-based environmental schemes.

X10AI’s flexible architecture allows for tailored solutions to be delivered to a diverse range of agricultural stakeholders – from improving farm profitability to enabling regional nutrient trading schemes.
An intelligent mapping and modelling solution
x10AI functions as an intelligent platform that models nutrient and carbon dynamics across complex farming systems using multi-layered, real-time data integration. At its core, the system maps nutrient and carbon flows from their points of entry – such as imported feed, synthetic fertiliser, or organic manures – through their interactions with crops, soil, and animals, and finally to their fate: crop uptake, soil retention, runoff, emissions, or capture for reuse.
Another key functionality is Digital Twin Modelling. Farmers can simulate multiple scenarios – e.g. installing willow buffers, switching to organic fertiliser, applying digestate only on TWI-safe areas – and see the predicted impacts in terms of nutrient recovery, emissions reduction, and compliance scores. These outputs form a trusted Measurement, Reporting and Verification (MRV) framework, suitable for audit, compliance and environmental market participation.
Enabling environmental markets
By converting measured environmental performance into verified outcomes, X10AI enables the development of nutrient, carbon and natural capital schemes. Farm-level results can be aggregated into investment-ready portfolios, supporting outcome-based payments and large-scale environmental programmes.
Driven by a team of experts
Our multidisciplinary team brings together agricultural scientists, GIS specialists, environmental engineers, software developers and data analysts with a shared mission: to deliver trusted measurement and verification of environmental performance across agricultural landscapes.
Our collaboration model reflects this real-world focus. We work with organisations such as EnviroCrops for biomass data, align with DAERA and other regulators to support compliance frameworks, and partner with academic institutions including Queen’s University Belfast to ensure continuous scientific validation. Through commercial pilots and operational deployments, X10AI is continually refined using user feedback and new datasets, enabling scalable, audit-ready insight for farmers, supply chains and environmental programmes.
